Companies That Care is a national not-for-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the well-being of employees and communities through three programs: The Companies That Care Honor Roll, The Companies That Care Day and the Companies That Care Exchange. These programs are represented by the three elements of the logo design unified by the suggestion of a fourth white shape, representing the underlying principals of the Ten Characteristics of a Company That Cares. The bold use of the three colors creates a strong foundation for extending the brand to various media as well as for brand extension for Companies That Care’s myriad programs.
