Cook County Emergency Rental Assistance Program
The Cook County Emergency Rental Assistance Program assisted with rent, utilities, and other housing-related expenses for suburban Cook County renters and landlords who have experienced financial hardships during the COVID-19 pandemic. Both renters and landlords could apply for assistance, and NeigerDesign developed the messaging program materials, campaign ads, and billboards to communicate to all within Cook County.
